What Do Withdrawal Statuses Mean?

Below are the different withdrawal statuses you may encounter:

  1. Pending
    Your withdrawal request is under review and will usually be processed within 1-7 business days.
  2. Confirmed
    Your request has been approved. The funds will be transferred within 1-7 business days.
  3. Paid
    The withdrawal you initiated has been successfully processed.
  4. On Hold
    Due to system detection of an abnormality with your account, this withdrawal has been placed on hold. An email requesting additional information has been sent. Please follow the instructions in the email to proceed with the next steps.
  5. Rejected
    Withdrawals may be rejected due to issues such as incorrect details, order cancellations affecting your Cash Back, or problems with your PayPal account. In this case, the withdrawn amount will be returned to your Coupert balance, and an email explaining the issue has been sent.
  6. Exception
    A payment processing issue prevented the completion of your transaction. We will attempt the payment again within 2 business days. If it fails again, the amount will be credited back to your Coupert account.
  7. Awaiting Acceptance
    The payment has been sent but is awaiting your acceptance in PayPal. This is typical for first-time withdrawals or specific account settings. If the payment isn't accepted within 30 days, it will be refunded.
  8. Refund
    The funds you attempted to withdraw have been returned to your Coupert balance. You can log in to check the details at https://www.coupert.com/user/account.
