1. Click the activation link we sent to you

  • You can find the redemption link for your card on the "My Gift Cards" page under 'Redemption Info.'
  • Alternatively, you can find the redemption link in the email we sent you after successful activation.

2. Activate your card

  • Click on the redemption link to go to the Virtual Visa Card activation page and log in to complete your details.
  • The Virtual Visa Global Card can be used with any merchant that supports Visa payments worldwide. Since the card is issued in the United States, the country selection menu is restricted to the U.S. at the moment. If you don't have a U.S. address, this will not affect your card usage. Simply select 'US' from the country drop-down menu and enter your actual address in the following fields.

3. View your card information

  • After activation, log into your reward account at cardholder.virtualrewardcenter.com to see your card details, including the card number, expiration date, and CVV. You can click "Display Number to Copy" to copy the card number and "Flip" to view the CVV.

Use Your Virtual Visa Card for Payments

Here are a few things to remember when using your Virtual Visa Card to pay:

  1. Ensure the merchant accepts Visa payments.
  2. Choose 'Credit/Debit Card' as your payment method.
  3. Since this is a prepaid card, the Visa card balance has to be higher than the actual payment amount to be used, and it can't be combined with other payment methods.
  4. If your purchase exceeds the card balance, the payment will be declined. Please check your balance at https://cardholder.virtualrewardcenter.com before making the purchase.
