Activation Steps
Step 1: Obtain the Virtual Visa redemption link
After successfully redeeming your Virtual Visa, you will receive an email from us containing a link to redeem the Virtual Visa. Click on this link to proceed with the redemption. You can also find the link through https://www.coupert.com/user/gift_cards. Click the small eye icon located on the gift card page to view your complete gift card information.
Step 2: Create a Virtual Reward account through the redemption link
Please follow the instructions provided in the link.
Note: Due to the service provider's website settings, when entering personal information such as your address, only the US option will be available. Please don't worry; you can proceed by keeping the country as US and then filling in your actual address details in the subsequent fields. For the phone number, you could just enter any 10 numbers. This step is solely for activating the card and retrieving the card number.
Step 3: Retrieve your card details
Log into your Reward account cardholder.virtualrewardcenter.com/Account to view your detailed card information, including the card number, expiration date, and CVV.
You can click "Display Number to Copy" to copy the card number and click "Flip" to check the CVV.
Step 4: Use the card for purchases
You can use your Virtual Visa card on any online platform that supports Visa payments. At checkout, select "Bank Card" as your payment method and enter your card number, expiration date, and CVV to complete the payment.
Important Notice
1. Select the correct payment method
Please note that the Virtual Visa Card is a Prepaid card. Please remember to select "bank card" as the payment method at the checkout page.
2. Balance limitations
As the Virtual Visa Card is a prepaid card, the total amount of your purchase (including tax, shipping fees, etc.) needs to be within the card's available balance.
If your purchase exceeds the card's balance, the payment will not go through, as there are insufficient funds on the card. Please visit https://cardholder.virtualrewardcenter.com/ to review your balance before the purchase
