How to Use an Amazon Gift Card (FR)？

Redeem an Amazon gift card
If you've received an Amazon gift card, you can redeem it immediately on Amazon.fr, so you don't need to keep track of the card or wait until you're ready to purchase something.
- Go to the Amazon France homepage. Ensure you are logged into the account where you want to redeem your gift card. If you're not logged in, sign out and log back into the correct account.
- From the Amazon homepage, hover over "Compte et Listes" in the upper-right corner. Under the "Votre compte" section, click "Votre compte". (Alternatively, you can click on "Compte et Listes" to access the same page.)
- In your account page, select "Cartes cadeaux" (Gift Cards).
- On the Gift Cards page, click on "Ajouter une carte cadeau ou un code de recharge sur votre compte" (Redeem a Gift Card).
- Enter the 14- or 15-digit claim code from your physical or e-gift card, and then click "
- Ajouter à Mon compte" (Apply to your balance). Your Amazon.fr account balance will be updated immediately.
Pay with an Amazon gift card
Once you've redeemed your gift card, you can use it as a payment method for your orders on Amazon.fr.
- From the Amazon homepage, click on the "Panier" (Cart) icon in the upper-right corner to review the items in your cart.
- After reviewing your order, click "Passer à la commande" (Proceed to checkout).
- When you reach the "Mode de paiement" (Payment Method) section, you will see your gift card as one of the available payment options. If you have already redeemed a gift card, it will appear here automatically. Select it as the primary payment method, and choose a backup payment method if necessary. If you haven't redeemed the card yet, you can enter the 14- or 15-digit claim code in the "Saisissez le code" (Enter code) field.
- Choose your preferred delivery option, and click "Valider la commande" (Place your order) when you're ready to complete the purchase.
Check Your Amazon Gift Card Balance and Usage History
You can easily keep track of your gift card balance and view your usage history on Amazon.fr.
- From the Amazon homepage, hover over "Compte et Listes" in the upper-right corner. Under the "Votre compte" section, click "Votre compte".
- On the next page, select "Cartes cadeaux" (Gift Cards).
- On this page, you can view your current gift card balance and check the detailed usage history under the "Voir le solde de votre compte" (Gift Card Activity) section.
