1. Click the activation link we sent to you

  • You can find the redemption link for your card on the "My Gift Cards" page.
  • Alternatively, you can find the redemption link in the email we sent you after successful activation.

2. Activate your card

  • Click on the redemption link to go to the virtual reward center activation page and log in to complete your details.
  • The Virtual Master Global Card can be used with any merchant that supports Master payments worldwide. Since the card is issued in the United States, the country selection menu will only have the U.S. as an option during activation, and you will need to enter a valid U.S. address and ZIP code. This will not affect your future use of the card.

3. View your card information

  • After activation, log into your reward account at cardholder.virtualrewardcenter.com to see your card details, including the card number, expiration date, and CVV. You can click "Display Number to Copy" to copy the card number and "Flip" to view the CVV.

Use Your Virtual Master Card for Payments

Here are a few things to remember when using your Virtual Master Card to pay:

  1. Ensure the merchant accepts Master payments.
  2. Choose 'Credit/Debit' as your payment method.
  3. Since this is a prepaid card, the total purchase amount (including tax, shipping fees, etc.) must be within the available balance on the card.
  4. If your purchase exceeds the card balance, the payment will be declined. Please check your balance at https://cardholder.virtualrewardcenter.com before making the purchase.
