How to Check Your Gift Card Information

Step 1

First, check if your gift card redemption status is marked as 'Paid'. If it is, this means we've successfully purchased the gift card for you and it has been added to your Coupert account.

Step 2

Visit the 'My Gift Cards' page, where all your redeemed gift cards are listed. Click the small eye icon next to 'Redemption Info' to view the details of your gift card.
