About “Fully Used” Gift Cards

To help users manage their gift cards more easily, Coupert offers a "Fully Used" section. This is a user-controlled feature and does not affect the actual balance or usability of your gift cards.

What does "Mark as used" mean?

If you've redeemed multiple gift cards, you can click "Mark as used" after using one. It will then be moved to the "Fully Used" section to help avoid confusion.

Marked one by mistake?

You can click "Mark as unused" to move the card back to the "Available" section at any time.

Can I still use gift cards marked as "Fully Used"?

Yes. If you haven't actually used the card, you can simply mark it as "Available" again to view its details and use it on the corresponding store's website.

How to check if a gift card has been used?

Since Coupert is separate from merchant systems, we can't check gift card balances. Most merchants allow balance checks on their websites.
