How can I initiate a withdrawal?  

  • Visit https://www.coupert.com/user/account.  
  • Click the 'Withdraw' button.  Choose your preferred withdrawal method. Currently, we support withdrawals to your PayPal account, exchanging gift cards, or converting to a Coupert Plus membership.  
  • Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.  
  • Confirm your withdrawal.

Are there any fees associated with withdrawing to PayPal?  

  • PayPal applies a 2% handling fee on withdrawals, which varies with the amount and currency, as determined by PayPal.

How to set another currency for PayPal withdrawals?  

  • To make a withdrawal on PayPal and set your preferred currency, please log in to your PayPal account. There, you have the option to add a new currency, change your primary currency, or close a currency. How to Redeem Your Gift Cards?  

  1. Access your Coupert account by visiting https://www.coupert.com/user/gift-cards.  
  2. Once logged in, click the 'How to Redeem' button on the right side to view the redemption instructions for your gift card. Alternatively, you can visit the official website of the specific gift card issuer to learn how to redeem it directly.

What does the withdrawal status mean?  

  • Pending: We're reviewing your request, usually completed in 1-3 days.  
  • Confirmed: Approval granted, and funds will be transferred within 3 working days.   
  • Paid: The withdrawal process is complete, and funds have been successfully transferred.  
  • On Hold: The withdrawal request has been denied due to detected unusual activity in your account. An email detailing the reasons has been sent to you. Please review it and respond to us.  
  • Rejected: Withdrawal could fail due to abnormal withdrawal details, order cancellations affecting Cash Back, or issues with your PayPal account. Failed withdrawals result in the balance being returned to your account, an email detailing the reasons has been sent to you.  
  • Exception: Coupert's attempt to transfer funds to your provided PayPal account has failed due to issues with the account. Please update your PayPal settings for a successful transfer and reach out to PayPal's customer service for clarification on any issues. Once these are resolved, please let us know so we can proceed with your payment.  
  • Awaiting Acceptance: Payment sent but pending your acceptance in PayPal, especially for first-time payments or due to specific account settings. Unaccepted payments will be refunded after 30 days.
