Why were my task rewards deducted?
Our task publisher conducts a second review after you complete a task. If the task you completed does not meet the reward standards, the bonus that was issued to you may be deducted.
Here are some common reasons for deductions that do not meet the reward standards:
- Trying to complete the same offer multiple times with one account.
- Using multiple accounts to complete offers or surveys repeatedly.
- Completing offers via VPN, proxy, or VPS.
- Providing false or inaccurate information.
- Giving inconsistent or contradictory responses on surveys.
Please note:
- All task posting, review, reward issuance, and deductions are handled by the third-party task publisher, not Coupert.
- High Chargeback Rate If your chargeback rate exceeds 10%, your completed offers will be put on hold, meaning they won't be credited to your balance, and you won't be able to withdraw any cash or gold. If the rate stays too high and does not drop below 10%, your account may be permanently banned.
