Why can’t I exchange my Coupert Gold to Balance?

To exchange Gold for balance, you need to have an available exchange limit. Your eligibility is determined by the Confirmed Cash Back in your account. For every $1 of Confirmed Cash Back in your account, you will receive an additional 100 Gold exchange limit.

If you find that you are unable to exchange Gold for balance, it's usually due to one of the following reasons:

  • No Confirmed Cash Back yet: Don't worry! Just keep shopping and earning, and you'll reach the required amount in no time.
  • Confirmed Cash Back available but still unable to exchange: This means you've used up your exchange limit.
