Online stores pay us a referral fee when you use our service and we send you to the website you are shopping at. We share the fee directly with you - it's just that simple.

However, some blockers, like Ublock, Ghostery, and Adblock Plus, identify Coupert's referral links as ads and block them. As a result, our communication with partner stores is disrupted, so the store won't know you were referred by Coupert. Consequently, we cannot receive the referral fee or share it with you as Cash Back.

Before shopping, please disable your ad blocker. You can re-enable it after completing your purchase.

For Chrome, Firefox, and Edge: Open your browser. Type the following shortcut into the address bar to go directly to the Extensions page. Find the ad blocker in the list and toggle it off.

  • Chrome: chrome://extensions/
  • Firefox: about:addons
  • Edge: edge://extensions/

For Safari: Open Safari, click the "Safari" menu in the upper-left corner, then select "Preferences." In the Preferences window, go to the "Extensions" tab, find the extension you want to disable, and uncheck the box next to it.

Some browsers have built-in settings to block ad tracking, which works similarly to ad blockers. Please follow the steps below to check if these settings are enabled:

For Firefox: Open Firefox, type about:preferences#privacy in the address bar. Under 'Enhanced Tracking Protection', switch from 'Strict' to 'Standard' mode or customize the settings to allow necessary cookies.

For Brave: Open Brave, click the Brave icon in the toolbar, and go to 'Advanced Controls'. Ensure that 'Block trackers & ads' or 'Block scripts' are not enabled for this site, or adjust your shield settings accordingly.

For Opera: Look for the small Protection badge on the right side of the toolbar. Click the badge and ensure that 'Block trackers & ads' are not enabled for this site, or customize the protection level as needed.

Not accepting store cookies while visiting the store, using anti-virus or firewall software (e.g., Avast, Zone Alarm), and using VPNs can all prevent Cash Back from being credited. We are currently unable to detect these issues, so please make sure to disable such software and accept cookies from the store to avoid losing your Cash Back. Please visit Ensure Cash Back: Accept Cookies to learn more about how cookies can impact your ability to earn Cash Back successfully.
