Coupert Pure Subscription

1. How much does Coupert Pure cost?

Coupert Pure offers two subscription options:

  • Monthly Subscription: $2.99 per month
  • Annual Subscription: $22.99 per year (35% OFF)

Both subscription options are auto-renewing. You can cancel anytime before your subscription period ends.

2. Is there a free trial for Coupert Pure?

Yes, new users can enjoy a 3-day free trial of all Coupert Pure features. No payment method is required during the trial period. You can fully experience the ad-free shopping experience Coupert Pure offers.

What happens after the free trial ends?

After the trial period, if you haven't subscribed to Coupert Pure, your account will be automatically billed for a subscription (if a payment method was previously added). If no payment method is linked or the payment fails, you will lose access to the Automatic Coupons Test and Price Comparison features.

3. Which features are affected without a subscription?

If you don't subscribe to Coupert Pure, the following premium features will be affected:

  • Automatic Coupon Test: Unavailable - Automatically finds and applies the best coupon codes at checkout
  • Price Compare: Unavailable - Helps you find the best prices across multiple retailers

4. How can I manage my subscription?

You can check your subscription status in the settings page of either the Coupert Pure extension or the web app. This includes:

  • Subscription Status: Trial, Subscribed, Expired, Canceled
  • Expiration Date: The date your subscription will expire
  • Plan Type: Monthly or Annual

5. What is the refund policy?

We offer a 7-day cooling-off period after you've paid (including the initial 3-day free trial for first-time subscriptions). You can request a full refund, no questions asked, within this cooling-off period.

How to request a refund?

You can initiate a refund request from the "Subscription" page on the Coupert Pure website. Your request will be automatically processed, and the refund will be issued via Stripe to your original payment method.

6. What payment methods are accepted?

Coupert Pure uses Stripe to process payments. Stripe supports a wide variety of payment methods, depending on your region.

Payment Security

We use Stripe for payment processing, a leading global payment provider that uses industry-leading security measures to protect your data. Coupert Pure does not store your full payment card details.

7. How does auto-renewal work?

Coupert Pure subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default. At the end of your subscription period, your payment method will be automatically charged to ensure uninterrupted service.

Payment Method Issues

If you encounter any payment issues with your Coupert Pure subscription, check if your payment method has sufficient funds and is not expired. Charges will appear as 'COUPERT PURE' on your statement.

For failed payments, incorrect billing amounts, or unrecognized charges, you can access the Stripe customer portal through the subscription page to view your billing history and update your payment method. If you need further assistance, contact our support team through the 'Help' section in the app or extension.
