When shopping with Coupert, you'll notice "Avg. Confirmation Time" alongside "xx – xx% Cash Back" offers. This indicates the average time it typically takes for Cash Back at this store to be confirmed, based on historical data.

After activating Cash Back and making a purchase, we'll add pending Cash Back Gold to your account. This Gold becomes convertible to balance once confirmed. The Avg. Confirmation Time gives an idea of how long it takes for pending Cash Back Gold to become confirmed.

On average, Coupert Cash Back is confirmed within 15 days, though this can vary by store, order size, and your Coupert account level.

The more you use Coupert Cash Back, especially with a higher account level, the quicker your Cash Back gets confirmed.

How is the Cash Back rate calculated?

The Cash Back rate at each store can range from 0.1% to 20%, often expressed as 'Up to 20%'. This rate varies based on several factors including the total amount of your order, the specific items and categories you purchase, the store's policies, and any ongoing promotions we might have.
