Please note that under the updated Coupert Balance System, Gold won't automatically change into Balance. You'll have to convert Gold into Balance yourself by following these simple steps:

Step 2: Confirm the Gold Exchange request.
Step 3: Your Gold will be turned into Balance. You can view the details of your balance at https://www.coupert.com/user/account.
Zero Exchangeable Gold and Conversion Issues
If you notice you have gold but cannot exchange it to balance or your exchangeable gold shows as 0, please note:
- Maximum Exchangeable Gold = Confirmed Cash Back - Exchanged Gold
- The amount of Gold that you can exchange to Balance is equal to the value of your confirmed Cash Back. The exchange rate between Gold and Balance is 100 Gold = $1.00. For example, if you have $3 in confirmed Cash Back, you can exchange up to 300 Gold into Balance, increasing your exchangeable limit by $3.
How to increase my exchangeable limit?

If you've already earned Cash Back but its status remains pending, just be patient and wait for the Cash Back to be confirmed.
