What Does Cash Back Status Mean?
You can check the status of your Cash Back any time on the Cash Back Detail page.
Pending
This means the store has synced your order information and the associated Cash Back with us. However, you will need to wait for the order to be completed before the store reviews and processes the payment. Typically, stores confirm Cash Back within 3 months. For travel orders (such as hotel or flight bookings), you may need to wait a bit longer, but stores usually confirm within 6 months.
Confirmed
Congratulations! The store has completed the review of your order, and the corresponding Cash Back has been credited to your Coupert account balance.
Cancel
After reviewing your order, the store found that it did not meet the criteria for Cash Back, and the corresponding Cash Back was canceled. Common reasons for cancellation include:
- Out-of-stock items or incorrect order information leading to cancellations.
- Refunds or returns of items, whether full or partial.
- Use of another rewards program that takes precedence over our referral.
- Violations of store policies, such as unauthorized coupons or restrictions on referrals for new users only.
- Duplicate orders.
