How to Report Missing Cash Back?
With Coupert, you can earn Cash Back on almost every purchase. If you didn't earn Cash Back and believe you should have, or if the amount you received is less than expected, keep reading to understand why this may happen and how you can resolve it.
Make sure you activated Cash Back
Check if you have activated the Store's Cash Back: Go to the Cash Back Detail page and check your Click Records to see if there is a successful activation record on the order date.
Check your order placement time
Check if your order was placed within the last 3 days: Stores typically sync your order and the corresponding Cash Back amount with us within 3 days. If your order was placed less than 3 days ago, please be patient and wait for the update.
Make sure the item was not excluded from Cash Back
Some stores exclude certain items, categories or brands from earning Cash Back. These are called Cash Back terms & exclusions. You can find terms & exclusions on the Cash Back activation page.

Did you cancel your order?
If you canceled your order, it's no longer eligible for Cash Back.
Avoid using other browser extensions and coupon sites
When you use two or more coupons, Cash Back, or reward programs, including our service and other publishers, the credit for the transaction can only be attributed to one of us. We do not have a way of knowing which company will receive credit for your transaction. Some extensions, even if you only view the coupon codes they provide, may cause the store to attribute your Cash Back to them instead of Coupert.
