How long does it take for pending Cash Back to be confirmed?

Once the store sends us the information about your Cash Back order, your Cash Back will be marked as pending. However, the store has not yet confirmed your Cash Back details. Once the store confirms your order, the Cash Back status will automatically update to "confirmed," and the corresponding amount will be added to your account balance.

Please note that this process depends on the Store or the affiliate network we partner with.

Typically, most orders (excluding travel-related ones) are confirmed within approximately 3 months.

For travel-related orders, the confirmation process may take longer due to the nature of the bookings and the specific terms set by the travel industry.
